
Iwona Rossochacka Kenny
Painting that outlasted every other profession.
Iwona Rossochacka Kenny graduated in 1995 with a 1st Class Masters Degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She studied at the Department of Graphic Design under prof. Maciej Urbaniec. After receiving her Master of Arts degree, she worked as an art director in international advertising agencies. In 1995–1996 she collaborated with the Rzeczpospolita newspaper, publishing her works.
For seven years she lived in Ireland, where she worked as a graphic designer and continued painting throughout. The artist lives and works in Warsaw. She has presented her works at solo and group exhibitions in Poland, Ireland, Lithuania and France. She is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers.

Awards: 1995 — Gold Medal, “100 Years of Cinema”, portraits of movie stars. 2013 — First Prize, La Rassegna Internazionale dell'Arte.
Landscape, dissolved into light.
Waterfalls, forests and open fields — worked until the motif verges on abstraction.
